There's nothing better than a fruit pie in the summertime! Take a trip with us to Maryville, Tennessee to pick up ingredients at Blueberry Falls Farm and turn them into a treat at Lambert's Southern Pies and Bakeshop.

-2/3 cup granulated sugar
-1/3 cup of corn starach
-zest of 1 lemon
-1/2 of one lemon juiced
-5-6 cups of blueberries
-1 large egg
Combine sugar, flour, zest and lemon juice. Add 1 cup of blueberries and mix until you no longer see any white clumps. Scrape the filling into the bottom layer of crust. Carefully lattice the top layer of crust. Top with a coating of whisked egg. Put pie in the oven at 375 degrees and bake until the edges are golden (about 30 minutes). Enjoy!
