The Phoenix Pharmacy
The Phoenix Pharmacy is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and just enjoy being out of the house. They have three top notch Milkshakes that looks and sounds amazing. You have the Classic Chocolate shake made by hand to have a better taste. Then you have the Peanut Butter Cup Shake that gives you that chocolate taste that you crave with a the rich swirl of peanut butter to top it off. The third Milkshake is the highlight of the Pharmacy – the Dark & Tan. It has handmade chocolate ice cream whipped up and put into a tall glass with hot Caramel on the inside.

Twisters Shakes & Sundaes & Diner
Twisters is a place to sit, relax and enjoy a good meal. It’s an even better place to grab a nice Sundae or a milkshake! We recommend the Buckeye Brownie Fluff Sundae. Nothing goes wrong with a brownie mixed with ice cream! The restaurant also has chocolate milkshakes too!

Cruze Farm Ice Cream House (Downtown)
Cruze Farm is a place of smiles, great ice cream and milkshakes. They have so many fun chocolate flavored toppings to dip your ice cream in! Cruze has nutella and cookies n’ cream milkshake flavors with Nutella, coffee, and cookies n’ cream mix-ins to add to your delicious desert!

The Original Freezo
Not everyone is a milkshake lover, but that doesn’t have to mean you’re left out on national chocolate milkshake day. The Original Freezo is known for it’s chocolate dipped cone and the mouthwatering Hot Fudge Sundae. This place has been in Knoxville for a long time, and still serves the same wonderful dipped cones & sundaes. Grab a frozen treat and enjoy sitting at the old concrete picnic tables located in the back of the store.
