Pretentious Beer & Glass Co. – Want to make a custom beer glass… then drink from it? You can! From hand-curated draft beers to hand made glasses, Pretentious kills it on the originality front!

Blue Slip Winery Located inside the Historic Southern Railway Station, Blue Slip is the FIRST Urban Winery in Tennessee, and has a selection of wines handcrafted right in our own back yard! Plus, food! What could be better?!

Mast General Store – Harkening back to the days of horse drawn carriages and apothecaries, Mast General brings the classic store to the modern era. Stop in and step back in time right in Downtown Knoxville!

Merchants of Beer – Delicious beer. A fine cigar. Good friends. The newest chillax space in Knoxville will soon be on your list of favorite hang outs!

Clancy’s Tavern – A classic Irish Pub right in Downtown Knoxville? Yes, there is! Clancy’s Tavern and Whiskey House offers all the traditional Irish fare that you have come to expect, while boasting a multitude of options beyond that.

East Knoxville hasn’t always received all the love it deserves. Here are just a few of our favorite spots to hit with family, friends, or just on your own!

Zoo Knoxville – Get in touch with your inner animal and go wild! The Knoxville Zoo is a must for anyone with a love of animals, whether they are cute and cuddly or ferocious and fierce!

The Muse – Get inspired at the intersection of art and science! Explore informative, fun, and fascinating exhibits, marvel at the stars in their planetarium, or just enjoy their play places.

Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum – Welcome to the garden! Experience the beauty of private gardens, walking trails, and event space all nestled in the quiet of East Knox! It’s a slice of heaven without even leaving the city!





Just outside of the Old City, North Knox is home to some of the most historic parts of our great city AND some of the newest! Here’s a few you definitely need to get acquainted with!

The Mill & Mine – If you’re looking for a great concert, you’re probably going to find one here. This state of the art venue brings in acts from all over the world! There’s ALWAYS something going on!

Central Flats & Taps – Happy Holler has a delicious resident and you can definitely snag a tasty brew, or some delicious treats, in this friendly pub – or on their beautiful back patio!

Ambition Tattoo – The body is a temple. Why not put up curtains?! Knoxville’s Most Award-Winning shop is right down the road! Treat yourself to something you can love forever!

Crafty Bastard Brewery – They’ve got fun… on TAP! Get it? Featuring unique blends and brews you’re SURE to love, you’re sure to find your new favorite flavor!




Walking trails. Nature. Tacos. What more do you need? If these are what you consider the “finer things in life” then SoKno has this one in the bag!

SoKno Taco Cantina – That’s right. We said tacos. What more do we need to talk about? Go there. Eat them. Be happy.

Billy Lush Board Shop – If you haven’t heard of paddleboarding then you aren’t living! Not only is it an INCREDIBLE workout, you can tour the Tennessee River from a completely new perspective! Did we mention they have beer? They have beer…

Ijams Nature Center – Walking trails. Hiking trails. Biking trails. This place is a one stop shop for all things nature! Grab a guided tour or just get “lost” in some of the most beautiful habitat outside of downtown.

Meads Quarry – If rivers aren’t your thing, then the sparkling blue of the quarry will take your breath away! Check it out for a great picnic place or paddleboarding!




If you’ve ever driven through Knoxville, you’ve been in Bearden. They have it all and we can’t get enough!

Naples Italian Restaurant – A staple of culinary Knoxville, you’ve got to try some of the best Italian food in the city! Plan your next date night or celebration in this intimate, classic dining space.

Holy Land Market & Deli – We love trying new things, especially food! Stop in and grab a bite or pick up the essentials to cook something incredible at home!

Bearden Beer Market – Stop in and have a drink, or pick up something for that picnic you’ve been planning! With drafts on tap and dozens in bottles, this dog-friendly watering hole gets us right in the sipper.

The Edge – If nightlife is what you crave, The Edge is sure to satisfy. Featuring dozens of local and national entertainers, they’ve got something for nearly every appetite!

West Hills Flats & Taps – Using fresh ingredients, West Hills Flats & Taps is a gathering place for conversation with friends and family. Craft brews & signature cocktails are a bonus!
