Be it kittens, goats or puppies…yoga just got 100000X cuter! Young-Williams Animal Shelter has a summer series with adoptable kittens. Tickets are $20 per class and benefit the program! If you’re more of a dog person check in with Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee! The non-profit hosts benefit classes with some of their adorable dogs!

Keep your eyes peeled for pop-up goat yoga classes with the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley and Rebekah Lührs!

Buti Yoga

90s hip hop & twerking combined with the relaxation of traditional yoga! Buti is all about body positively so every class has giant mirrors and string lights to watch your body’s strength! Renegade Yoga and Unity offer the classes in their studios, but you can also find $5 pop-up classes at Urban Wild.

Spirited Yoga

Yoga + alcohol = total relaxation! Just Jill has classes six days a week at different locations. Get one hour of class with a glass of wine for $5. You can also skip Sunday brunch for a $12 yoga class and cocktail at Postmodern Spirits!
