Opened in 1932, Fountain City Park wasn’t originally a public park; it was a private venture run by the Fountain City Lions Club. Once considered a paradise of greenery between Sharps Ridge and Black Oak Ridge, it remains a beautiful place to walk, play, or entertain in the heart of Fountain City.
