The weather is nice, the Dogwoods are in full bloom and we're ready to get outdoors! Hike, bike and tour gardens with us as we present Dogwood season!

Featured Garden Tours

Twice a year stunning private gardens are opened up to the public! Come experience Dr. Alan Solomon’s garden April 13th & 14th. He has several pieces that were included in the Smithsonian Institution’s Archives of American Gardens. Come out to his home on Riverside Drive to look at wildflowers, perennials and special water features! The site features one of Knoxville’s oldest marble quarries. After head over to Lyons View Park for The Stair Gardens at Hilltop Farm. There you’ll find an asymmetrical garden, pool garden and pergola inspired garden! Hikes & Blooms

Throughout April and May you have 18 chances to join a FREE guided hike! Each path is led by a Covenant Health official and tours historic parks, greenways and natural trails through the woods! If hiking isn’t your thing, look up a one-mile walking trail covered in beautiful blooms! Find all locations and dates at the link below.

Bikes & Blooms

Grab your bike and get ready to ride! Dogwood arts is leading guided rides through scenic neighborhoods and local greenways! Each path is around eight miles and is geared to teach road rides! Make sure to wear comfortable clothing! Find dates and times at the link below.

Dogwood Arts Festival

A celebration of all the things we love: arts, music and incredible natural beauty! The 58th annual Dogwood Arts Festival is an all weekend event in Market Square and adjoining Krutch Park. Pink Line Trails

Follow the pink lined roads to discover gorgeous blooms! This year’s featured trail is a 7.9 mile path in Farragut! You’ll find the beautiful trees starting at the Willow Creek Golf Course and the entrance to the Fox Den subdivision.
