Dogwood Arts House and Garden Show 40th Anniversary

Looking for something to spruce up your home or maybe you’re wanting to plant something new! Dogwood Arts House and Garden Show has plenty of inspiration for you this weekend! Over 300 exhibits will take over the Knoxville Convention Center with live performances from hosts of the DIY Network. The three day event is the organization’s largest annual fundraiser.

COST: Adults $10/day, Seniors 65+ $8/day, Children 6-12 $5/day. Get a $1 discount here.

Battle of the Sexes Chili Cook Off

Think you have the best chili recipe in Knoxville? Test it out at Pour Taproom’s battle of the sexes cook-off to see how your pot stacks up! Beer has to be in your ingredient list for you to be considered. Friends of Literacy will be judging the competition and funds from the event will benefit the organization.

Chinese New Year at Wah Lum Kung Fu

Ring in the Chinese New Year with kung fu lessons, fire crackers and food! Wah Lum Kung Fu will also be teaching free tai chi classes to celebrate. Grab your family and friends to experience Chinese New Year 2018.

Grow your spring garden with the help of new friends! Bring open pollinated or heirloom seeds to trade and swap! Seed packets should contain information like the name of the pant, variety, time to harvest and other sowing directions.

Ice Bears Weiner Dog Race

Ever want to see a bunch of wiener dogs race on ice? Well now’s your chance! During the Ice Bears halftime show, a group of dachshunds will hit the rink! Make sure to get your tickets before they sell out!

Puppy Pilates

Little Ponderosa Zoo Fundraiser

Order a margherita pie from A Dopo Sourdough Pizza and a cocktail from Knox Public House for a great cause! Head over to Knox Public House this Sunday for a Little Ponderosa Zoo fundraiser! Proceeds from the night will help rebuild the zoo that was burnt down earlier this year. No reservations required!
