This twist on Mexican street corn is as easy as uno, dos, tres! Use your favorite chip flavors for unlimited combinations!
- 10-12 Corn Nibblers
- Cooking oil
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 packet Ranch mix
- Sour Cream and Onion potato chips, crushed
- 1 tbs BBQ seasoning
- Barbecue potato chips, crushed
- Nacho cheese chips, crushed
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to 300 degrees. Rub nibblers with cooking oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Place nibblers on the grill, and cooking about 10 minutes, turning frequently, until tender.
Mix ranch packet and sour cream chips in a bowl. Mix bbq seasoning and barbecue chips in a bowl. Add nacho cheese chips to a bowl.
Mix sour cream, mayo, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Remove nibblers from heat and brush with sour cream/mayo mixture. Roll each nibbler in one (or more) flavored chip crumbs.
